What do I do if Iā€™m experiencing issues with my water or waste water services?

Please contact us on 0345 122 6780 to report any emergency with your water or wastewater services or to report pollution incidents

We offer a 24-hour service and if required, we will arrange for our on call personnel to visit

It is worth checking if your neighbours are experiencing the same issue ā€“ if the problem is unique to your property you may need to contact your letting agent, landlord or a local plumbing engineer.

Please do not report emergencies or loss of supply via our online forms or email; these are not monitored 24/7 and therefore your issue may not be immediately picked up.
