Leep have a demonstrable track record of exemplary operations of utility networks across the UK, with an extensive portfolio of Residential, Industrial and Commercial Networks. We are able to provide a full Multi-Utility network adoption offering service for Electricity, Gas, Water & Waste Water Networks in return for Asset Value payments.
As we are truly an asset owner and do not undertake the Design and Build, we can work alongside all accredited contractors as a complementary partner. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to each development to manage the delivery and adoption of the networks.
Asset Values
As an asset owner, we are able to provide Asset Value payments calculated based on modelling the predicted future revenue of the networks. You will have a dedicated account manager from our experienced team who will be able to provide you with an accurate Asset Value evaluation. We are able to provide a budget quote within 2 days and a full quote within 5 working days. By receiving the Asset Value directly, this will allow you to then tender for Design & Build only, providing greater transparency. Your contractors would then provide their best price which is not distorted by any downstream Asset Value payments.

Project Delivery
While our design standards are based on the incumbent network operator’s specifications, we are able to support you with flexible design options for your projects. Leep will work with your chosen utility contractor to oversee the design and installation of networks through to energisation/connection, with a dedicated Project Manager assigned to each development and support with the asssociated legal process. Following handover of the networks, Leep would operate and maintain the networks in line with its licence conditions including all OFGEM/OFWAT Guaranteed Standards.
Private Networks
We will also consider the adoption of existing private networks, so if you currently have any existing networks under your ownership that you would like to discuss the potential disposal of, we would like to hear from you.
