We've got some great news!

To improve the way that Leep manage your water account and to give you access to lots of exciting new features, we've invested in a brand-new customer service platform.

We’ll be communicating to all water customers when we move your account to the new platform - providing you with everything you need to get started.

If you’ve received these details but need a bit of extra help to get going, or need to contact us for any other reason we have new ways of doing this too!

If your new account number begins with a letter rather than a number, You can call us on 0300 373 3540 or email us at hello@leeputilities.co.uk.

For new account numbers we’ve also got new bank details -

If you pay your bill by bank transfer or standing order, you'll need to update your details in your local branch, via online banking or on your mobile banking app.

It's important you update these details before your next payment as any transfers to our old bank account will not automatically be applied to your account.

Alternatively, you can give our Customer team a call to get set up on our new Direct Debit platform, where we take care of the payments for you.

If you pay by direct debit there is nothing you need to do,

We'll continue to take your payments on the same date, at the same value and at the same frequency.
